This is a high-impact, executive-level role that bridges the gap between complex engineering execution and high-level business objectives. You will oversee the evolution of our cloud-native ecosystem, ensuring our architecture is scalable, secure, and infused with cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of Architects. You will work in close lockstep with Product Management, Engineering to harmonize technology decisions across the organization, ensuring our investment in technology translates directly into market-leading customer experiences What You Will Do: <ul> <li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strategic Technical Leadership: Define and strongly influence the execution of a target-state, AI-native architecture that supports both core software services and advanced AI Agentic behaviors.</li> <li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Architectural Governance: Establish global standards for architecture consistency, ensuring all platform components maximize reuse and align with the long-term technology roadmap.</li> <li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">AI First thinking: Oversee the architectural design of complex AI systems, AI enablement strategies, data engineering, and governance controls.
