Experience in Field Service Management is a must, particularly in defining system specifications and identifying opportunities to optimize solutions. You should also bring experience working on business transformation programs where product-based solutions must be adapted and scaled to fit dynamic environments.</p> <p>We’re looking for people who thrive in agile, collaborative, global teams and who enjoy working with best-in-class technology to deliver meaningful impact.</p> <h2>What you&#39;ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with lead solution architects to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, define solution scope, and document processes.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, customer meetings, and design sessions to align stakeholders on solution design.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, development, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, customer-aligned solutions.</li> <li>Define and maintain technical implementation documentation (e.g., Low-Level Designs).</li> <li>Evaluate, configure, and customize product features while ensuring integration and implementation best practices.</li> <li>Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and provide post-implementation support.</li> <li>Contribute insights to continuously improve Zinier’s product roadmap and delivery methodology.</li> </ul> <h2>What you&#39;ll bring</h2> <ul> <li>6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles.</li> <li>Proven experience in Field Service Management (required).</li> <li>Background in high-growth startups with evolving product roadmaps (preferred).</li> <li>Creative problem-solving skills for addressing product gaps and business challenges.</li> <li>Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases.</li> <li>Working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, and JSON.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across diverse levels and backgrounds.</li> <li>High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p>Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
