<p>Our Engineering team lies at the core of the value we offer to our customers. We solve complex problems by working not only within our squads but also by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Data Science leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.</p>

<h4><strong><br>WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES...</strong></h4>
<p>You will join a dedicated Agentic squad, working in close collaboration with our US-based Data Science team. They are responsible for building out production-ready agentic solutions, setting up core services, and handling initial productionization and support. Your focus will be serving as the software engineering backbone, ensuring AI models and recovery agents seamlessly integrate with external services and scale reliably in production.</p>
<h4><strong><br>WHAT YOU'LL DO...</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Third-Party & Vendor Integrations:</strong> Build, optimize, and maintain robust integrations with third-party tools, vendor platforms, and recovery agents. Work with complex API schemas, handle data ingestion pipelines, and scale API calls efficiently.</li>
<li><strong>Testing & Production-Grade Scaling:</strong> Design, test, and scale backend services and integrations to meet strict production stability, latency, and performance standards.</li>
<li><strong>Engineering Best Practices:</strong> Bring strong software engineering discipline, architecture design, and development frameworks to the squad to ensure long-term system stability and maintainability.</li>
<li><strong>Service Setup & Deployment:</strong> Build out end-to-end solutions, set up underlying microservices/infrastructure, and drive initial production launch and support.</li>
<li><strong>UI/UX Assistance (Secondary):</strong> Support frontend/interface needs as necessary to ensure smooth end-to-end usability of agentic workflows.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong><br>WHAT YOU BRING...</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Software Engineering Background:</strong> At least 3 years of experience in backend software engineering with a focus on production-grade architecture (this is a dedicated software/integration role, rather than a Data Scientist role).</li>
<li><strong>API & Pipeline Expertise:</strong> Hands-on experience designing, consuming, and scaling REST/gRPC APIs, handling schema definitions, and building reliable data ingestion/processing pipelines.</li>
<li><strong>OOP & Language Proficiency:</strong> Proven experience with Object-Oriented Programming, ideally <strong>C# / .NET Core</strong> and/or <strong>Python</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Cloud & Infrastructure:</strong> Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms) and modern microservice architecture.</li>
<li><strong>Quality & Engineering Discipline:</strong> Strong mindset toward testing (unit, integration, load), CI/CD practices, and scalable software design.</li>
